From the first call from this number I said I was not interested and please stop calling. Now they call at least four times a day. I have answered three times to say I'm not interested but they talk over me and keep saying I don't understand this offer is free. (Free Walmart Card) I have stopped picking up this call. But this is second week that they have been calling! Two or three times in morning and again in afternoon.

Just activated a new TracFone and constantly getting calls from the moment the phone was activated. Not my area code so I know it's no one I know.

This number keeps popping up in my cell phone and I don't know who it is and don't want their calls.

This is how I would write the phone solicitation law. The caller has to Identify themselves and give a physical address as well as a phone number. They then have to prior to rolling out the sales jargon give you the option of "opting out" of future harrassment if you so choose.

Person calling himself Ryan Smith left two phone messages for me, one so far each day, telling me to call this "hotline" number. He said that I had to call immediately and if I didn't, he wished me "good luck" as the process unfolds on me or whatever.
